Finishing What You Start

Many of the goals that we had set out -- mentoring, job posting, internship listings, increased alumni communications -- were all dependent upon having the means to do so cheaply and easily. The plan was to do these things over the internet, via our web site at http://www.dailycardinal. net.

Well, that was delayed. And delayed. And delayed again.As I have heard from many of you, I had "other things to do." It could no longer wait. By the time this newsletter reaches you, the new DCAA web site should be online and ready for use. I would invite you to register on this site and use it to provide ideas, job postings, talk, to build community.

It was difficult work, but it was necessary for a cause I believe in. I would encourage each of you to look into doing something similar for something you believe in; something for which you did not think you had the time.

Make the time. Do it today.
